Vidhu Vinod Chopra is one of these handful of filmmakers who often make confident to come up with the greatest of content. The ace filmmaker did not shy away from speaking about the similar at a current celebration of 1 year of his final film Shikara. Vidhu stated though speaking to Bollywood Hungama, “Our joy comes from creating cinema. Our joy comes from striving for excellence. Honestly, I have not made the third Munna Bhai, which will get me how many crores you can ask industry experts, because I still don’t have a script I like, then I must be crazy.”

Well, yes, if the script is not worthy of a Munnabhai film, audiences would trash it worldwide, and it may kill the whole franchise altogether. So it is far better to be waiting for a fantastic script to come up rather than do anything mediocre and be panned for it. Good going Vidhu.
Many would not know that the makers of the film did shoot for a teaser trailer sort of for the 3rd portion calling it Munnabhai Chale America. The idea was dropped just after the response to the video did not finish up coming as higher as they have been expecting. Since then, Rajkumar Hirani has moved on to projects like 3 Idiots, PK and Sanju.

Let’s wait and watch when we lastly get to see Munna played by Sanjay Dutt and Circuit played by Arshad Warsi come back with each other onscreen for the third instalment of the franchise.
