New Delhi:
When Congress leader Jairam Ramesh posted a Twitter video of a tiger, ostensibly from Kodagu in Karnataka, it gave way to joy and nostalgia in industrialist Anand Mahindra who reminisced the time of his childhood spent in the lovely southern Indian district.
The video, received by Mr Ramesh on WhatsApp, shows a totally-grown tiger discovering a water-filled tub in someone’s backyard. Over the subsequent 1.5-odd minutes, it sniffs about the tub, walks about it searching about hesitantly, and then promptly requires a joyful dip in the water with its front paws location on the rim, prepared for a swift escape.
“What an unusual occurrence,” Mr Ramesh says in his December 7 tweet.
What an uncommon occurrence. Apparently in Coorg. Received from a pal on WhatsApp. pic.twitter.com/C7yEF6fjAW

Three days later, retweeting Mr Ramesh, the Mahindra group Chairman, identified the video “magnificent”.
He recalled his childhood holidays spent mainly in his family’s Kodagu house, about six miles from Karnataka’s Nagarhole game sanctuary.
Mr Mahindra, interestingly, mentioned he had “never” noticed a tiger. In this context, although, it was unclear if he is however to see a single or was only referring to his Kodagu days. Whatever be it, this tiger’s undated look left him completely amused.
“When a tiger uses a Jacuzzi, it becomes a ‘Ticuzzi’,” Mr Mahindra signed off.
Spent most of my childhood holidays at our house in Kodagu, just six miles from Nagarhole game sanctuary. In no way fortunate sufficient to see a tiger. And this chap comes to someone’s house to use their ‘bathtub.’ Magnificent. When a Tiger utilizes a Jacuzzi it becomes a ‘Ticuzzi’ https://t.co/OjixxCEXJ2
