The maximum temperature was 158 degree Celsius 4 degrees beneath typical. According to Kuldeep Srivastava, head, regional climate forecasting centre, the minimum temperature is most likely to fall once more to 4 to 5 degree Celsius immediately after the western disturbances move away, but they will not fall as low as 1 degree Celsius.
