1. Reliance Retail Limited (RRL), Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL), or any other affiliate of our parent business, i.e., Reliance Industries Limited have not performed any “corporate” or “contract” farming in the previous, and have certainly no plans to enter this business enterprise.
2. Neither Reliance nor any of our subsidiaries has bought any agricultural land, straight or indirectly, in Punjab/Haryana or anyplace else in India, for the objective of “corporate” or “contract” farming. We have certainly no plans to do so.
