Indore: Amidst speculations relating to postponement of Common Admission Test (CAT) following rise in Covid-19 situations, Indian Institute of Management Indore, which is accountable for conduct of exam this year, mentioned that the exam date remains unchanged.
“The exam will be conducted on November 29 (Sunday) for nearly 2.28 lakh candidates in 159 cities across India for admission to the MBA programme at IIMs,” mentioned a press release issued right here by IIM Indore on Wednesday.
The exam would be performed in 3 shifts (eight:30 AM-ten:30 AM, 12:30 PM-two:30 PM and four:30 PM-six:30 PM) alternatively of two shifts following Covid-19 circumstance.
IIM Indore and its delivery companion Tata Consulting Services (TCS) have taken measures to make sure implementation of advisory of the Government of India on social distancing and other preventive/protective measures at the examination centres.
