Eight elderly workers at a German care house have been mistakenly injected with 5 occasions the advisable dose of the Pfizer/Biontech vaccine, regional authorities stated Monday.
The incident occurred on Sunday in the northeastern city of Stralsund in the Vorpommern-Ruegen district. District chief Stefan Kerth stated in a statement that he regretted the mishap.
