Congress’s Mohan Kumaramangalam tweeted an uncommon image to mark the conclusion of the poll campaign in Tamil Nadu on Sunday. Instead of sharing pictures from the campaign trail, Mr Kumaramangalam tweeted a image of his worn-out slippers.

His image shows a pair of slippers, so properly-worn that its black exterior has peeled off in particular components.
