Tata Motors has commenced production of the all-new Safari SUV, ahead of its launch later this month. This is also the 1st official reveal of the production-spec 2021 Tata Safari in all its glory. The 1st production model rolled off the assembly line at the company’s manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashtra, and will make it to showrooms quickly. In addition, Tata Motors has also launched the Tata Safari Imaginator suite that delivers a virtual view of the SUV working with Augmented Reality (AR), along with a quantity of interactive characteristics. Bookings for the new Safari are set to commence quickly.

The 2021 Tata Safari traces its origins to the H7X notion, with the 1st prototype badged as the Buzzard at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. The SUV was later referred to as Gravitas for India when showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo. Based on the OMEGARC platform, the new Safari shares its underpinnings with the Harrier, whilst sporting the Impact Design 2. styling.
