He added, pre-COVID-19, JINZZY as an experience startup with a unique flavor, in a short span of 2 years (2018-2019), we could successfully establish our concept and ourselves as the only brand and leader in the live character experience segment partnering up with all popular party and kid zones across primarily across Delhi & NCR, a network of 200+ planners and event organizers on board in the kid segment. And serving 5 star and 4 star night club brands and properties across North India in the adult segment.
The global pandemic hitting early 2020, brought us to a complete halt. This gave us lot of time to rethink the business model, dos and don’ts and an opportunity to scale up our business reach.
Post COVID-19, since last 3rd quarter of FY20-21, we have employed many innovative ideas and strategies to cut the operational cost and scale up the business. To cut its operations cost and adhering to new normal guidelines, company has scaled down its offices and turned them into smaller quick checkout hubs.
The company rebranded itself as “India’s #1 Joy & Emotional Well-being service specializing in premium live characters. Adding a pinch of joy for a healthy body and mind“
To scale up its operations and business reach, company has launched JINZZY Instant under JINZZY 2.0 initiative and advent into taking their on-demand/onsite shows to online experience. Company online offerings include Virtual shows with Live Characters over video calls using JINZZY 2.0 App with inbuilt audio and video calling feature.
Company has further expanded their JINZZY Instant platform, onboarding joy and emotional well-being related professionals including online sessions with Mental health experts, Meditation & Yoga, Diet, Art & Craft professionals.
But since during the global pandemic, ZOOM took over the globe as most loved video calling/conference tool, with users feel at easy using it, we focused on making our online experience, shows, and sessions better and engaging deprioritizing the delivery medium. As we strongly believe, at the end its all about customer delight.
