Rome:
Ten individuals suffered minor injuries at a beachfront disco in southern Italy early Wednesday just after a patron started shooting, Italian news media reported.
Police arrested the suspected shooter, who opened fire for the duration of a brawl that broke out at about 2 am at a preferred club close to Taranto, the reports mentioned.
Some 300 college students had been in the club at the time of the shooting.
The injured had been hit in the legs or hurt in the ensuing commotion, according to nearby media. None of the injuries had been life-threatening.
